Legal Secretary Duties: A full range of secretarial/administrative assistant tasks including preparation and tracking of a large volume of client billings; document preparation; telephone answering; preparation of time, expense and other administrative reports; management of calendars and files; making arrangements for meetings and travel. Heavy client contact involved. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years' experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a professional services industry. Ability to type at 60+ wpm. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with consistently high level of accuracy. Strong organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills.
