Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be drafting demands for liability, UM, res rel, trucking, premises liability, etc. Completing personal injury files from intake to disbursements. Compiling medical records/bills, negotiating with providers, and communicating with adjusters to receive offers. Drafting LOP's, reviewing release documents, handling disbursements/checks. Speaking with clients and ensuring high satisfaction/responsiveness. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic, self-starter with great customer service skills. Fast typing skills would be ideal, as we are a fully digital firm. 2 years of pre-litigation experience is required, although we expect the most qualified candidates to have 5-10 years of personal injury experience. Spanish preferred.
