Paralegal - Immigration and Family Law The candidate will be drafting immigration forms, compiling submissions to USCIS as well as immigration and family courts, translating foreign-language documents (where knowledge allows), obtaining records from courts and other government offices, assisting clients in drafting declarations reflecting their experiences, and general administrative tasks. Must have a bachelor's degree and strong writing and analytical skills. Great attention to detail is required. Foreign language skills (Portuguese or Spanish) are required. Portuguese is preferred. One year of experience in a professional office environment required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
