Paralegal/Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Assist attorney with Probate, Trust, Estate Planning and Real Estate transactions.. Maintain high level of confidentiality. Myriad of administrative duties assigned as team and business needs require. Assist other members of the team as needed. Answer phones. Basic office duties (scanning, copying, filing, etc.). Answer phones with high degree of professionalism. Qualifications: High school or equivalent. 2 years' Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience. Knowledge of Probate, Trust, Estate Planning and Real Estate law. Command of technology incl. Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to quickly learn and follow established systems. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities on short deadlines. Ability to support and be responsive to each member of a team. Written communication skills. Strong prioritization and communication skills to manage workload. Ability to effectively and professionally meet client expectations and positively represent the firm. Ability to multi-task, succeed under pressure and effectively manage time and workload. Positive attitude, professional attire and behavior. Self motivated and able to identify work needing to be done.
