Real Estate Legal Secretary The candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to attorneys in a highly collaborative working environment. Will work primarily for real estate and transactional timekeepers; knowledge of and ability to assist with real estate closings. Major responsibilities include scheduling of complex travel arrangements, scheduling of client meetings, document preparation and editing for business transactions, file maintenance, attorney time entry, scheduling, and assistance with client billing. Client contact in person and over the phone. Handle administrative confidential/sensitive firm and/or client information. Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position. Must have 5+ years of executive-level legal secretarial experience and proficiency in secretarial and administrative tasks including telephone and email interaction with business executives, international and domestic travel arrangements, extensive calendar maintenance, time entry, expenses and document preparation. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is needed. Must exhibit strong typing skills and have the ability to learn and quickly become proficient in new computer software programs. Flexibility for some overtime is required.
