Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Plaintiff Personal Injury and Employment Litigation The candidate will be assisting attorneys in propounding and responding to discovery. Will be performing legal research for strategy memos. Drafting and e-filing of documents. Drafting and reviewing demand letters. Processing Pro Hac Vice applications. Should be a certified paralegal with 5+ years of experience or a legal assistant with 3+ years of experience. Prior experience in personal injury and/or employment is desirable. Bilingualism is a plus.
