Senior Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney The candidate will independently manage their own caseload involving workers' compensation matters, working cases from beginning to end. Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects. Represent clients in a wide range of litigation claims. Regularly handle court appearances, conduct depositions and trials. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. The candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and Missouri. Should have 2+ years of experience with workers' compensation matters in Illinois and Missouri. Must have superior written and oral communication skills; excellent people skills; strong analytical skills. A portable book of business is a plus. Note: Partnership track available based upon your book of business.
