Seeking Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in employment based immigration. Candidate will work in a client service oriented, fast paced and collegial environment. Will responsible for: Non-immigrant visa applications (ex. H-1B, L-1, E-1/2, TN, B-1 and O visas) and permanent residency processing (PERM labor certification, PERM exempt petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing). Family based petitions and naturalization and citizenship cases. Direct and review the work of paralegals, law clerks and other support staff. Present and speak about immigration topics before business and professional groups and conduct training for clients and staff.
