Personal Injury Paralegal (Pre Litigation) The candidate will handle a caseload from inception through initial stages of litigation. Will set up claims, investigate and confirm insurance coverage. Monitor No Fault benefits (inclduing lost wages), IMEs, treatment. Obtain and organize medical records, prepare specials packages. Communicate with medical providers and insurance companies. Heavy client contact. Fluent inRussian or Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of Lex PI is a plus. Excellent communication and people skills are a must. Must have 3+ years of relevant plaintiff's personal injury experience a must.
