Insurance Defense & Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 4-5 years of experience as an insurance defense litigation paralegal. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must have effective organizational skills and ability to manage work for multiple attorneys and cases. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Worldox is preferred. Must be skilled in these following areas: case evaluation; summarizing depositions and medical records; coordinating extensive discovery activity; noticing and setting depositions and maintaining calendars; drafting pleadings, answers, and discovery; complying with all court imposed and other deadlines; assisting with trial preparation; managing and recording billable time entries in compliance with clients billing guidelines.
