Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will draft letters for attorney review. Will answer discovery. Draft witness disclosures. Keep pleading/ Discovery filing maintained, ER 904 other trial documents. Schedule depositions, draft demands letters. Should have 1-3 years of experience in all phases of plaintiff's personal injury cases. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have a passion to help and advocate for clients in all types of personal injury matters. Experience with all aspects of case management, including client intake through claim resolution is essential. Deadline: 5 June, 2018.
