Litigation Paralegal Duties: Utilizing knowledge of complex litigation to assist attorneys with trial preparation. Continual review and management of case files. Preparation of and responses to initial discovery, i.e. interrogatories. Requests for production. Requests for admissions. Issuance of subpoenas and preparation of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, factual chronologies, medical chronologies, agreements, deposition abstracts/summaries and/or trial binders for use by attorneys. Qualifications: Should preferably have 3+ years of experience in any combination of general civil, business, product liability, construction and employment litigation, and E-Filing experience in both State and Federal Court. Working knowledge of Relativity, internet software, Microsoft Office Suite programs, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, Pacer, Sanction, and TrialPad. Strong communication and client service skills.
