Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties will include: Proactive case management with the skillset to anticipate what is needed at each phase of litigation, solid command of federal and state court rules to take responsibility for all case docketing, experience in managing large document cases with the expectation of organizing from inception through trial. Must have Four year degree and a paralegal certificate. Should have 5+ years of experience managing all phases of complex litigation including trial attendance. Blue Book cite checking experience is a plus. Competence with Microsoft Office suite of products is essential.
