Litigation Attorney The candidate will work closely with a Lead Attorney/Partner to assist with all aspects of personal injury litigation. Propound and respond to discovery. Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessary. Prepare for, take and defend depositions. Attend court hearings as required. Manage a caseload ensuring all assigned cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines. Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance companies. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience. Should have J.D. Admission to California State Bar. Must be able to work under strict deadlines; excellent research skills, and oral and written communication skills.
