Immigration Attorney - Business Immigration Candidate will be working in a broad range of immigration practice areas including labor certification, various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas, employment-based petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization among others. Must have 3+ years' experience in business immigration law. Experience with Employment Based Immigration is required. Verifiable litigation experience. Must have verifiable knowledge of H-1B, PERM, EB-1(1), (2), NIW, TN, E-1, E-2. The ability to handle a high volume of cases. Must be positive, creative, have a commitment to hard work. Must have excellent writing, communication, organizational, case management, and research skills and be able to execute these within a fast-paced environment.
