Attorney - Health Law & Transactions Associate The candidate will handle federal and NYS health law issues, including fraud & abuse, HIPAA/HITECH and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement issues. Will handle regulatory compliance and not-for-profit governance; and transactional matters, including the review, negotiation and preparation of contracts, leases and corporate documents. The candidate must haev JD from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in NY. Should have 3+ years of health care experience. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Should have ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently. Must be careful attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Should have strong organizational and project management skills.
