Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys primarily in the defense of personal injury and construction defect litigation. Ideal candidate will have experience maintaining attorneys docketing and calendars, filing in both federal and state courts, assisting in deposition preparations and at trial and billing their time. The position would entail heavy document management so organizational skills are imperative. Any candidate should also be organized, detail oriented, and proficient with word, pdf, and excel. Other qualifications include the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, take initiative, demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, and work well independently as well as in a team environment.
