Associate Attorney The candidate' must have at least one year of experience in probate/trust administration and litigation, conservatorships, and estate planning, is preferred. We work personally with our clients to create tailored and comprehensive estate plans to ensure that their children, loved ones, and assets are protected. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and project a positive attitude. Candidates will work directly with clients, attorneys, and staff. Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and time management skills. Advanced computer skills with MS Office are expected. Candidates for this position should be available immediately, be admitted to the State Bar, a minimum of one year of prior experience is preferred. We offer a flexible work schedule and competitive compensation, with a significant revenue sharing opportunity for partner candidates with an independent book of business. Bar (Preferred).
