Attorney (PIP Defense Litigation) The candidate's duties include: Drafting and performing legal review and analysis and advising on issues for the area of law practiced. Conducting legal research on PIP issues and preparing complex dispositive motions involving PIP. Preparation and attendance at client conferences, hearings and depositions as required. Timely preparation of discovery to opposing parties, and respond to discovery by opposing parties. Meeting requirements for designated minimum billable time. Performing other duties as assigned in a variety of first party and coverage cases. Should have 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury Protection defense practice. Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Should have excellent writing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Should have strong analytical and research skills as well as attention to detail. Florida Bar (Required); Should have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel, Westlaw and time-billing software.
