Litigation Attorney The candidate will draft and argue motions and appeals. Conduct discovery, including the taking and defending of depositions. Appear in state and federal courts; and negotiate pre- and post- litigation settlements. Must have 2+ years of experience to join the growing commercial litigation practice group with a State Bar License; experience handling commercial and real estate disputes; excellent legal research and writing skills, excellent organization and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and be outcome oriented; the ability to establish priorities, work independently, and counsel and work directly with clients without supervision.
