Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare H, L, TN petitions, labor certifications, immigrant petitions and applications for permanent residency. Prepare in-depth factual and/or analytical responses to Requests for Evidence and DOL Audit requests, including research on current case law and supporting regulations. Will work with attorneys to manage caseloads from intake through processing and filing. Will have the opportunity to work on a variety of types of cases, not just one type. The candidate should have extensive experience handling business related immigration matters including labor certifications. Ability to manage a caseload independently. Commitment to outstanding, individualized customer service and excellent work product. Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Should have 2+ years business-related immigration experience including labor certifications. Experience working with healthcare institutions and universities a plus. Should have 4 Year Degree.
