Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience in handling immigration cases. Must have experience in readying packages for EOIR and OCC. Should have experience in working in at least some of the following areas of immigration law: Political Asylum, TVPRA, SIJ, 42B/42A, U visas, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing and I-765 applications. Must be a team player, able to multi-task and must be detail oriented.
