Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the discovery portion of a litigation file and providing additional support through all phases of litigation, including drafting appropriate motions, pleading, etc. Should have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree in another field with certificate in paralegal studies is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required. Strong computer skills are required. Case management software experience is a plus. Send resume and salary requirements.
