Probate/elder Law Legal Assistant/paralegal The candidate should have experience in Probate and Elder Law for small West Broward Law Firm. This position will focus on probate, estate planning, guardianship(light) and Medicaid applications for clients needing long term care facilities. Will work with others in a team oriented professional friendly atmosphere. Experience with e-filing cases in Broward/Miami-Dade/Palm Beach a plus. Also, experience filing RFA's with DCF a plus as well.
