Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will be meeting with clients. Review of cases for accuracy and legal viability. Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee. Research and draft pleadings. Court appearances. Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client. Perform other related duties as assigned. Should have Juris Doctorate degree and are currently eligible for admission to the Northern District of Georgia. Some Bankruptcy experience preferred.
