Attorney - Immigration The candidate must have 4+ years of recent experience in a law firm (a high volume firm preferred). Should have 2+ years of recent family-based immigration experience in areas such as asylum, adjustment of status, deportation defense, waivers, U Visa, VAWA, etc. Should have experience in a high volume legal practice and/or have handled large caseloads, have a significant amount of courtroom experience and/or drafting experience (specifically for immigration). Must be in good standing with the Illinois Bar. A bilingual candidate fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
