Tax Attorney Candidate will work on a broad range of tax matters including large controversies before the IRS, complex tax planning for corporate and financing transactions, and international and state tax matters. Must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive-in. Should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Should have 1-2 years of tax-related experience from a law firm.
