Attorney The candidate will handle policyholder/plaintiff's insurance coverage and bad faith litigation cases from start to finish. This includes screening and determining whether to accept cases, deciding the appropriate type of lawsuit to file, preparing the complaint, filing motions, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of the litigation through mediation, settlement, or trial. Will also handle all aspects of closing out a file. Be in charge of all client contact and communications. Must have litigation experience. First party property insurance experience is a plus. Experience in taking and defending depositions is needed. Strong research and writing skills are essential.
