Real Estate Transactional Attorney The candidate will be responsible for drafting residential lease amendments and addenda, dealing with residential landlord tenant disputes (negotiating and documenting resolutions), preparing residential lease reviews, and educating and answering questions for residential property owners and managers. Provides legal representation to clients, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients appropriately. Responds to client concerns in order to increase and retain business. Participates in industry organizations and affiliated committees in order to increase firm s visibility in the community and within the industry. Represents the firm internally and externally. Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department. Must have 3+ years experience as a licensed CA attorney. Previous residential landlord tenant experience is needed. D. and an active CA Bar license is essential. Should preferably have affordable housing experience and litigation experience. Experience with ProLaw or other billing and document management program is needed.
