Family Law Attorney Duties: Drafting of pleadings, contracts, discovery and related legal documents; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Develop working relationship with court personnel; Representation of clients in depositions, mediations and court hearings. Qualifications: Licensed in North Carolina in good standing. 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in the area of family law practice. Ability to proactively manage client caseload from beginning to end; excellent organization skills; Ability to work independently on client projects to guide cases to a reasonable and timely conclusion. Ability to problem solve, being detail oriented and self-motivated are helpful.
