Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for the successful management of an independent caseload. Will conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief. Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings and trials. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals. Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR. Represent clients before the Immigration Court. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of any State Bar. Must have 2+ years of verifiable immigration law experience. Should be fluent in Spanish and English.
