Trademark Paralegal Duties: Assists in all phases of trademark prosecution and clearance support in the U.S. and working with foreign counsel world-wide; Prepares trademark applications; Maintains computerized records of trademark information through docket listings; Researches, investigates and monitors trademark filings, and prepares reports for attorneys to assist in the Intellectual Property enforcement matters; Communicates directly with clients in a professional manner. Qualifications: Associate degree. Paralegal certificate. Bachelor's Degree Preferred. 2-3 years paralegal experience. 3-5 years paralegal experience or Trademark experience.
