Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have plaintiff's personal injury experience. Responsibilities will include client contact, preparing summonses and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery demands and responses, medicare and medicaid lien resolution compromise order approval and other aspects of plaintiff's practice including coordinating service of process and dealing with experts and treating medical providers. Familiarity with New York civil procedure required. Must be comfortable working in a fast past environment and the ability to meet time sensitive deadline. Answering phones also required.
