Associate Attorney The candidate will assist in managing a wide range of litigation cases, to including performing work on all aspects of the cases from: investigation, presuit activities, drafting complaints, discovery, motions and memorandum, depositions, preparing cases for hearing and trial, and when necessary attending trial. Opportunity to work on a broad range of cases in the following practice areas: employment law including wage and hour, personal injury and medical malpractice, workers compensation, and including large scale class and collective actions in numerous federal districts. Will provide legal support to clients and assist lead attorney.Maintain client relationships; Prepare motions, briefs, respond to motions draft complaints and petitions for benefits investigate, discover and communiate with witnesses depositions of witnesses, prepare the cases for trial, and second chair trials. Preparing letters of representation. Preparing for and attending mediation supervise staff and attend new client meetings. Shouild have JD from accredited school. Must have Bar Lisence in Florida or Georgia. Should have Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Strong writing skills.
