Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will treat every client like family. Maximize the value of personal injury cases. Skillfully negotiate with insurance companies. Treat team members with the highest degree of respect. Move cases expediently from beginning to end. Attend Approved Legal conferences to obtain necessary CLEs each year. Must have Licensed in South Carolina State Court with Rule 403 Certification. Should have outstanding written and oral communication skills. Must have outstanding computer, research, technological, and organizational skills. Dual licensed in North Carolina or Georgia preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in a high-volume personal injury firm.
