Attorney - Equipment Lease Financing The candidate will represent equipment finance companies, banks, other financial institutions, in equipment lease finance transactions. Primary responsibilities include: drafting and negotiation of lease and loan transaction documents for a wide range of assets including commercial motor vehicles, corporate aircraft, railcars, and medical, office, and production equipment; reviewing corporate due diligence (including UCC lien searches, organizational documents, certificates of good standing, litigation searches); assisting with transaction closings; and performing legal research. Admission to the Michigan Bar and excellent academic credentials are required. Must have 2+ years of experience in equipment lease financing.
