Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in employment-based immigration (e.g. H-1B, PERM, TN, NIW, E-2, EB-2, EB-1, etc.). Strong preference for prior experience in J-1 physician immigration and representation of clients before US consular posts. Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, and the desire to cultivate strong relationships with clients and attorneys at the firm. Must have a JD. Admission to a State Bar and be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Strong preference for Farsi (Persian) and/or Spanish speakers.
