Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, with an emphasis on insurance related litigation. Must have experience drafting coverage analyses, investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, drafting motions, pleadings, complaints, and attending depositions and court hearings in both state and federal court. Excellent researching, writing and independent thinking skills are essential.
