Paralegal - Immigration Duties : Will support an Immigration Attorney by handling phone calls in a timely and professional manner, and providing exceptional support to current and future clients, as well as assist with other tasks. Correspond and follow up with current and potential clients. Act as a point of contact for legal team. Assist in maintaining schedules for the attorneys. Prepare, scan, copy, and file legal documents/correspondence/records in respective client files, as well as filing to corresponding government agencies and courts. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Requirements : The candidate must possess a 4-year college degree, 2+ years of experience in Immigration Law, especially removal defense (and we will certainly consider candidates with more years of experience), should be detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task, and to work well as part of a team and independently. Must have strong administrative, organizational, communication and writing skills are required. Should be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, and prioritize work and handle interruptions as they come up. Preferably should have previous Law Firm experience preferred, including removal defense. Preferably should have proficiency in Foreign language. Microsoft Office with strong Outlook skills.
