Attorney - First Party Property Damage Candidate will represent clients who have suffered damage to their homes and/or businesses resulting from storms, hurricanes, tornadoes and pipe leaks. Will be responsible for the initial filing of an action, case work up, taking and defending depositions, answering discovery, preparing/arguing pleadings and motions, and preparing the case for trial if needed. Qualifications: Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing. 2+ year of First Party Property/Litigation experience. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. Have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team-oriented.
