Seeking Banking and Finance Attorney with 2-3 years of experience. Candidate will have experience in commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, banking and financial services. A strong background in Corporate Law and NY Bar a plus. Outstanding academic achievement, strong written and oral communication skills, and NJ Bar in good standing required. Experience in commercial, industrial, asset based and real estate financing is preferred. Must be familiar with underwriting criteria, required documentation, filings, due diligence, closing and post-closing processes representing financial institutions in complex commercial loans.
