Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions, and written discovery. Will be serving in legal research and writing. Participating in Rule 201(k) discovery conferences. Taking and presenting witness depositions. Attending court appearances. Assisting and observing at trial with room to grow. Attending continuing legal education seminars, events, and charities pertinent to the practice provides networking opportunities and opportunities for leadership in the legal community. Participating in strategic planning of cases. Collaborating with attorneys and staff. The candidate should have some experience in Illinois personal injury cases. Medical negligence experience would be a bonus. Strong research and writing skills are highly recommended. Experience in the medical field and/or review and knowledge of medical records are helpful.
