Family Law Attorney The candidate should have 1 year experience in Family Law or other comparable area of practice to become a part of team. Will represent clients in Family Law legal proceedings from start to finish, to include divorce, establishment of custody, modification/enforcement cases, child support, and dependency proceedings. Represent clients in court. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on Family Law legal matters. Negotiate settlements Prepare for and conduct final trials and/or evidentiary hearings. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Previous experience in law required. Familiarity with legal documents and pleadings required. Strong problem solving skills required. Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
