Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft legal pleadings and discovery documents. Review and analyze incoming cases with working initiative and communication of next steps to attorney. Perform legal research using Westlaw. Prepare settlement documents. Prepare deposition summaries. Prepare medical summaries and/or medical chronologies. Handle state and federal court filings. Maintain accurate case calendars. Assist in all aspects of trial preparation. Should have 3+ years of experience in Mass Tort and Product Liability. Must be familiar with Washington and Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure.
