Front Desk Receptionist / Legal Secretary The candidate will deal with clients on a daily basis so customer service skills are a must. Will be answering telephone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments/mediations/hearings, preparing letters, editing documents, filing documents, case management tracking, taking payments, filing, scanning, and other general office activities. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish both written and verbal). Should have strong written and oral communication skills. Must have computer skills and know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to answer a minimum of 4 phone lines on your own, doing conflict checks and setting appointments. Prior receptionist experience is a must minimum of 2 years in an office setting, previous law office, medical office, veterinarian practice or similar is required. Must be able able to handle a minimum of 4 phone lines quickly and schedule appointments efficiently.
