Staff Attorney - Patent Litigation The candidate should be a part-time or full-time patent litigation attorney with 3+ years of patent litigation experience for a Staff Attorney. Will primarily conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts. Must have an electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science degree (or an equivalent degree), or equivalent work experience. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must. Candidates must be admitted to active practice and in good standing in California, New York, or Washington.
