Employment-based Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist on preparation and review of forms and support letters, supervision of the support team, communication with corporate clients and various government agencies. Will assist on preparation and review of forms and support letters. Conduct legal research. Communication with clients and various government agencies. Should preferably have 3-6 years of experience in employment based-immigration covering most or all of the following classifications: H-1B, H-2B, E-1/2, J-1, L-1, O-1, TN, B-1/2, PERM, and immigrant petitions, and have experience with consular processing. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
