Legal Secretary The candidate will work for long term secretary and general office manager. Should have 2 4 years litigation experience. Experience with business transactions and estate planning a plus. Being a notary public a double plus. Must be comfortable dealing with clients and proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, e-filing, State court filing procedures, calendaring and Timeslips. Job duties include a mix of office management, word processing, calendaring, court filings, opening and closing files, generating the monthly bills, and miscellaneous paralegal projects generally involving discovery.
