Transactional Municipal Law Attorney The candidate will draft and review resolutions, ordinances, contracts and other transactional documents, perform legal research on a range of public law topics, and prepare legal memoranda advising clients. Must have excellent research, writing, organizational, and communication skills. Should have 3+ years experience in municipal law. Legal experience should include the areas of land use and zoning, including the California Environmental Quality Act, municipal code compliance and enforcement, conflict of interest and ethics, public bidding, the Brown Act and Public Records Act, and Proposition 218.
