Pre-Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be working with clients, handling potential client intake calls, ordering medical records, investigating incidents, drafting letters, speaking & negotiating with insurance adjusters, collecting evidence from clients, writing settlement demands, redacting medical records, and assisting the firms other staff as needed is plaintiffs personal injury law firm. 3 years' working in a similar position at a plaintiffs personal injury firm is preferred. Experience working at a personal injury firm and having an understanding of how cases move from a potential client through settlement before litigation is required.
